If you are starting from scratch, either make up your own menus or use the AMUG menus for new systems. You may wish to use the Kirk Crawford utility called "Change Name" in the Sysop folder for easy path changes.
You can use the Change Name utility to re-path your sections. Thanks to Kirk Crawford of Hermosa Beach for this nifty conversion tool.
After you have completed the above your update is finished. You should also know that your CD-ROM will function fine if you just load it in, replacing the old one. None of the old paths have changed for their respective area names. If you want the new CD-ROM running right away and you do not have time to make the addition of the new areas, just take out the previous BBS in a Box and put in the new Volume. Make the changes later when you have time.
Changes since Volume IX -The GIF and Word sections were dropped and Publishing added. You need to replace the FilesMenu, TeleMenu and add PublishMenu to be back on track for X usage. In addition, all Apple Licensed required software was moved to AMUG Info:Apple Lic. create a directory for these files and make it available if you are an authorized Apple User Group or have a redistribution agreement.
New 3.0 menus are provided from Mr. Seaberg. Try them in the Menu area.
